What to Expect at Your Appointments with Dr. Bruley
First Visit
The initial appointment lasts approximately one to one and one-half hours. It consists of an in-depth interview focusing on your current symptoms, your medical history, lifestyle issues and dietary habits. A physical examination will also be performed. Typically, at the end of the first visit, bloodwork and other pertinent specialty testing will be ordered.
Follow-Up Visits
The first follow-up visit usually takes place 2 to 3 weeks after your initial appointment and typically lasts 60 minutes. At this time we will review your test results in detail and start you on a comprehensive treatment program. Subsequent follow-up visits are generally 30 minutes in length and will be scheduled as necessary, based upon your individual healthcare needs.
